Sweet Spring!

Hi! Lately I have really been loving paper piecing...I think I'm addicted! I made lots of cards for Valentine's Day that I of course didn't post and share (bad me) but I'm trying to be better about the whole blogging! So here I am!!!

Spring Time Bunnies w/Close to my Heart!

So sorry I haven't been posting as much as usual but LOTS going on here and getting ready to leave to Florida soon! EEEEEEEP! I'm SO excited! I can't believe it's actually true and I will be at the Beach soaking it all up! "Jumping up and down"!!!!!

So before I get off to a busy day I wanted to come share the last projects from the Close to my Heart class that I had a couple of weekends ago. FUN FUN as always!!! We made 2 cards, a little Easter basket filled with candy and a candle. I'm not going to share the candle YET because it's one of the projects I'm taking with me to Leadershare to share! So that one will have to wait :)

Easter Blessings

A few days ago I made a card..inspiring me to make this card was the sketch challenge I used over at Sketch Girl...This is only the 2nd sketch that I have used from there and they are lots of fun! DZ Doodles NEW Image!

I can't beleive the last time I posted was Jan. 31st! Where in the world does the time go??? The scrapbook retreat that I attended 2 weekends ago was SO much fun and I got 20 scrapbook pages done and even made some new friends! I can't wait till the next one.

DZ Doodles has bunches of NEW digital images and they are so ADORABLE...you gotta go over and check them out for yourself! Here tonight I have a card to share with you with one of the newest images called "Bunny Eggsentiment" isn't this bunny the cutest EVER! And I just love how you can use patterned paper on the egg or decorate it anyway you want! SO CUTE!

Ah Spring!

I made this card last week for a sketch challenge that Card Patterns posted it was sketch #8 and of course it's late like everything else has been here on my blog LOL! I just can't get with it..I'm trying! A lot going on here in my life.

The stamp I used is from Peachy Keen Stamp store. The set is called Shower Peepers and you can find them and purchase them here. Aren't they just too cute? I love them!

Close to my Heart Projects!

I did a few projects with the some new goodies that I got from Close to my Heart. The scrapbook kit that I used is called Emporium, the stamp of the month called butterfly wings, bunny love and another stamp set called simply beauty. I just love the way all my projects came out. I did get a few ideas to make some of these from some Close to my Heart consultant blogs around blog land.

I found the instructions for this CUTE purse book here on Lisa's blog.

Here is a cute little Easter basket that I made. I will have to check with Trish to see where the instructions are posted on this but it's pretty simply you cut your paper 6x6 and score all around at 2. I took a picture before I colored the cute little rabbit Opps!

Easter Cards & A card sketch!

I made 3 Easter cards today! I just LOVE Easter! It's one of my favorite holidays.

My card for My Paper World sketch challenge

I worked on this card yesterday for a the sketch challenge at "My Paper World" blog http://mypaperworld.blogspot.com/2008/02/sketch-5.html . She is super sweet and she has great card sketches so be sure to check out her blog and enter the challenges! This is my first sketch challenge for her blog. I had LOTS of fun with this card. I used my new nestabilities and Pink Cat Studio's cute tweet stamp.

along with that card I also made this one..quit simple but I think its cute. On this card I also used my new nestabilities die and the ADORABLE stamp set from the Angel Company called Hippity Hoppity.
